We have decades of know-how, the technologies and a modern machine park for the production of simpler shaped and long turned parts in medium and large series. Our speciality is shaped and long turned parts with a diameter of up to 6 millimetres. We do this with cam-controlled automatic lathes or CNC sliding headstock lathes. These machines have proven themselves a thousand times over in production. Once set up, cam-type automatic lathes are extremely fast, e.g. in terms of cycle time. marco's machinery allows for high adherence to delivery dates, great flexibility in terms of problem solving and scope of delivery, and fair prices.

Complex micro-turned parts up to 16 millimetres in diameter

When it comes to the exact and productive machining of complex precision micro-workpieces up to 16 millimetres in diameter or longer workpieces up to 190 millimetres, our CNC sliding headstock automatic lathes are primarily used. They allow up to 9-axis machining for cross drilling and milling. In addition, CNC sliding headstock lathes are extremely efficient in terms of set-up and programming. This allows marco to react very flexibly to model variety, miniaturisation and precision. The same applies to complex micro workpieces: you can expect fast problem solving, high flexibility, adherence to delivery dates and fair prices from marco.
