MultiJet dispensing heads
marco MultiJet dispensing heads combine high-precision dispensing technology with the requirements of mass production. By combining up to eight marco sJet valves, material can be applied quickly, over a large area and with micrometer precision. The in-house VisTwo software enables real-time control. The valve offset can be individually adjusted using the valve fixation on rails and the micrometer adjustment screws. In conjunction with real-time control, the MultiJet systems can apply complex print patterns at frequencies of up to 1,000 hertz. Heating elements in the media supply, staggered in several heating circuits, ensure a constant temperature material flow. Together with the marco products for media supply, this results in reliable and powerful dispensing systems. The specialists at marco enable adaptation to individual requirements, regardless of the number of valves, media supply or software solutions.

2C Mixing Head – precise mixing, reliable dispensing
With the marco 2C Mixing Head, material is mixed directly before application. Separate mixing and dispensing steps are eliminated — resulting in a more compact, clearly structured, and technically controlled process.
Stepper-driven volumetric displacement ensures a precisely defined mixing ratio with minimal deviation. The result is a consistent and repeatable dispensing performance — regardless of viscosity, pressure conditions, or variations in material behaviour. At the same time, premature curing within the system is prevented, improving process stability and reducing unplanned downtime.
For applications requiring high homogeneity or involving significantly unbalanced mixing ratios, a dynamic mixing system is available. Modular mixing elements and optional automation solutions allow targeted adaptation to specific production requirements — from development and prototyping through to full-scale manufacturing.

ax4 dispensing head
In production, dispensing points often have to be approached with complicated paths or are not easy to reach vertically. marco has developed the ax4 dispensing system for such special requirements in terms of dispensing angle and direction of rotation. Equipped with a 360-degree rotatable metering valve whose metering angle can be tilted between 0 degrees (vertical) and 45 degrees, ax4 reaches almost any metering point. The rotary movement is generated by a stepper motor and two Hall sensors ensure precise positioning. The media cartridge is attached to the dispensing valve. This means that only compressed air and electrics need to be connected via the rotary transfer.
