The marco StepDot technology - a proven concept consistently thought through to the end. For the first time, the frequency can be constantly increased from 10 to 100 Hz during needle dispensing. A robot on a robot - at least in terms of freedom of movement. At marco, we like to call this set-up a hybrid drive. While the robot positions the precision valve according to its movement patterns, the high-performance dispensing head acts autonomously within these runs with additional autonomous movement in all spatial axes. This combination is thus capable of setting up to 100 points per second. The stepdot moves the movement, precisely, efficiently and at top speed.
