The economical solution - precision valves for jet and contact dispensing

The BasicValve systems from marco are compact and economical valves with actuation that can be used for a wide range of applications. The advantage: all the necessary components for easy start-up are combined in two kits - one for contactless jet dispensing and one for contact dispensing.

The precision valves are suitable for many common applications where a simple and durable device is required for dispensing low to medium viscosity liquids. They combine a slim, robust design with performance and durability.

The marco BasicValve is available as a kit either for contactless jet dispensing or as a precise contact dispensing valve kit with different valve inserts. A precision ceramic ball seals the sealing seat inside each of the valve inserts.

The Luer-Lock connection of the contact dispensing valve with valve insert mtv/vss/ba/lla makes it a flexible solution for dot and line dispensing with different dispensing needle diameters. The mtv/vss/ba/100a is a valve insert with a 100 µm nozzle that is suitable for jet dispensing of dots and lines. The jetting mode achieves significantly higher process speeds without the Z-axis movement of a robot.

The precision valve is based on piezo technology to ensure high dispensing accuracy and process stability. It enables good reproducibility of dispensing results and high dispensing frequencies of up to 500 Hz. It is easy to handle and clean and requires no cooling due to the temperature-compensated drive. The unlocking function enables quick and easy cleaning and maintenance, thus reducing downtime.

The BasicValve Driver can be parameterized via a Windows app. Alternatively, it is also compatible with the tried-and-tested graphical control panels from marco .
