The marco systems mtv/pv/20a pneumatic dispensing valve designed to provide a clear and reliable solution in precisely these areas.
With a stroke four times that of standard piezo valves and a 1 mm opening, the pneumatic dispensing valve processes media containing particles up to 200 µm. Viscous, abrasive, or pasty-like materials – from adhesives to greases – can be dispensed as dots or lines without special configurations.
Suitable for industrial production environments:
- Viscosity range from 1 mPas to paste-like
- Up to 20 Hz dispensing frequency
- Media pressure up to 100 bar
- Operating pressure 5–8 bar
- Media temperature up to 75 °C
Where many systems require additional controllers, the pneumatic valve mtv/pv/20a remains deliberately simple. It operates with compressed air and a 24 V DC trigger signalonly. No separate control unit. No HMI. No proprietary interface.
For system integration, this indicates:
- Direct triggering via PLC/SPS, robot, or digital I/O
- Reduced wiring and cabinet space
- Faster commissioning
- Less validation effort
The compact design (57 × 14 × 61.7 mm, 125 g) supports modular machine layouts and tight installation spaces. A fluid-separated actuator eliminates wear parts within the actuator unit, increasing durability and minimizing service interventions.
