High-viscosity materials place high demands on the dispensing process. The material must be accelerated with sufficient energy to form a clean, stable bead and detach reliably from the nozzle. This is particularly important when working with challenging materials such as adhesives, sealants, thermal interface materials (TIMs), silicones, filled materials, and pastes.

The SJet Power was developed for the precise jet dispensing of challenging, high-viscosity materials. The valve combines a powerful piezo actuator with optimized nozzle and seal seat geometry, as well as controlled energy transfer into the material.

The result: stable droplet formation, reduced material buildup at the nozzle, and a wider process window for demanding dosing applications.
