How it works – On-the-fly jetting into smallest cavities
Our high-frequency micro dispensing technology enables on-the-fly dispensing at up to 100 Hz, with full process transparency and quality control.

Step 1 – API dispensing
A defined volume of active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) is dispensed precisely into the cavity – contactless, precise and bubble-free.

Step 2 – API at the tip
The API sits precisely where it was dispensed: at the tip of the microneedle.
In-line AI Inspection📹
Before the backing is added, each cavity is inspected by an AI-supported camera system - ensuring 100% quality before the next step

Step 3 – Back filling
A second fill adds the backing material – completing the structure of the microneedle patch.

Step 4 – Finished mold
The result: a separated tip and stable backing – ready for curing and demoulding.
